I am a Nashville based working musician. When not on the road playing with artists I am home working on my own music. I currently play for Noah Thompson (Winner of 2022 American Idol) and Wyn Starks (one of his songs was featured on the Celine Dion documentary). When it comes to guitar lessons, my focus is on setting a solid basis for understanding the fretboard and chordal knowledge.

Joel was the best guitar instructor I have ever had. He taught me theory, progressions, and technique in an easy to understand way using songs I enjoyed playing. He also showed me exercises and techniques to play that was easier on my arthritis. I recommend Joel 100% as an instructor. He is also such a talented musician, he is a living example of the musician I would like to become.

I have been taking voice lessons with Kelly for close to two years now. Kelly is an extremely supportive teacher; she is kind while also being honest. I have noticed many changes in my voice since I started lessons with her, such as a widening in my range and improved technique, not only from observations Kelly has made, but from now being able to assess different aspects of my voice on my own.

Currently, masks are optional, but we do clean regularly, keep hand sanitizer available and are happy to wear a mask if that makes you more comfortable. If or when conditions are bad or numbers are high, we did require masks and provide them for our clients. We hate that it became a political issue for so many and we respect everyone’s right to choose what they feel is best for their own body and health. We also feel we have to do what is best for our staff and family and ask that others respect our choice as well. Again, we currently are not requiring masks, it is optional.
