What inspired you to start your own business?

Our business was started in 1928 by Manuel A. Delgado’s grandfather and great uncle and now is in its fourth generation with Manuel’s daughters showing an interest and helping at the shop.

Why should our clients choose you?

While we realize that you have many choices whether it be online purchases, big chain music stores or just the latest music store attempting to draw your attention, we have consistently put our clients and community first and do our best to show all respect and appreciation who walk into our family owned business. We believe when you make a purchase at Delgado Guitars of something big or small, the relationship doesn’t end when you buy something, it begins. We only ask for the opportunity to EARN your business and trust.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Currently, masks are optional, but we do clean regularly, keep hand sanitizer available and are happy to wear a mask if that makes you more comfortable. If or when conditions are bad or numbers are high, we did require masks and provide them for our clients. We hate that it became a political issue for so many and we respect everyone’s right to choose what they feel is best for their own body and health. We also feel we have to do what is best for our staff and family and ask that others respect our choice as well. Again, we currently are not requiring masks, it is optional.
