Find a Gardener in Reno

Due the positive reviews, I called Rock Solid Landscape to book an appointment even though the job was small potatoes compared to the pictures I saw online.  Jeff contacted me very shortly after I left a message and agreed to come by and offer an estimate.  He admitted that he doesn't usually do such small jobs, but he graciously accepted the work even though he was completely booked.  As soon as a time slot opened up, he contacted me and the work proceeded. I simply couldn't be happier with the final product and overall service.  The pavers were perfectly installed according to specifications, the rock work and plants superb, the French drains so cleanly installed that one might assume that nothing had been done.  Again, this was quite a simple job as landscaping projects go, but Jeff's crew treated it as if it were something quite special.  Aside from the quality of the labor and product, Jeff and his team have perfected the art of communication.  Jeff explained not only what he would do but the rationale behind it.  He responded promptly to text messages and phone calls, yes, even while in the airport on vacation when I contacted him with a question about the time frame.  It doesn't get any better than that. I'd like to add a special comment about Foreman Juan: This guy is a perfectionist's dream.  Yes, I'm pretty picky about the quality of work and even more so about the attitude with which service is provided.  Landscaping is a messy job, but you'd never know it with Juan in charge.  No matter how many times I asked him questions, he would patiently respond with an interesting combination of politeness and a certain conviction that demonstrated a confidence in his expertise.  I'm not a fan of glib responses from those whom I employ; Juan dispensed with silly, soothing comments aimed at keeping the customer happy, instead engaging in honest discourse that ensured this customer he had made the right choice in choosing Rock Solid Landscape.
