We recently had SMART CONSTRUCTION install a new roof on our house and add a carport on the side of the house. They did a really nice job and they were reasonably priced. When I asked for a last minute upgrade they were helpful in making the accommodation and didn't charge any extra. They were very easy to work with and did a nice job. I would recommend them to my friends.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and couldn’t be more excited. The house was built in the 1960’s so you can imagine how dated it was. The kitchen had to absolutely be remodeled prior to move-in, so we wanted to act fast to get the entire job done ASAP. Therefore we chose the kitchen contractor team at Pearl Remodeling. We knew Gal previously because he had done my sister’s entire home (gutted the WHOLE thing) and the make-over was completely stunning. We had Gal come over for an initial consultation on our project and he already had so many great ideas and recommendations. He helped us expand our space from a galley kitchen to a more modern open look. I had a vision for the kitchen and Gal worked with me ensuring I was satisfied. Gal is not only warm and friendly, but he works tirelessly to make sure every fine detail is addressed and on time! If I had any questions regarding our remodel (again this was our first project) he was patient and answered every question thoroughly. We also had a tight budget and he worked closely with us to ensure we were in range and always kept us informed of what was happening. We felt so confident with Gal and his team for handling the kitchen remodel that my husband and I left for Italy for 3 weeks. We returned to a brand new kitchen and we couldn’t be more thrilled. I worked with Gabe and Lior for a full home renovation that I was the project manage and realtor for. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with them. They were honest, and professional. They did full interior and exterior paint, new floors, updated the bathrooms, re-modeled the kitchen. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely great work. Because of their work we were able to get top dollar for the sale.

We are a family of four and we had just purchased a 3500 square foot home in LA that required some significant remodeling and updates. However, we were still living in NJ and were hoping to have the home remodeling done before our move in about a month. This was a daunting undertaking, given our being across the country, not knowing the contractors, and our tight timeframe to complete the work. Then we met Roy, who was referred to us by our trusted realtor. Not only was Roy a terrific cross-country communicator (text, email, phone), but he brought an exceptional level of detail-orientation and workmanship to the project. Bottom line, we absolutely LOVE the work that he and his team completed, and we are now living in what we consider our dream home. To provide more detail about the remodeling, we had Roy and his team help us with the following numerous projects: painting all interior walls; installing engineered wood flooring throughout the majority of the house; a complete master bathroom remodel down to the studs, including new tile flooring, new soaking tub, and new shower; new sections of exterior fencing, new garden gates, and a new balcony railing; repainting all kitchen cabinets, media cabinet, and upstairs bathroom vanities, including new cabinet hardware. In sum, we can't fully express our gratitude for Roy. He is exceptional at what he does. He clearly loves what he does, and he does it so well. We recommend him without reservation. You will not be disappointed; on the contrary, you'll end up living in your forever home.

What can I possibly say but Wow! I'm not one for writing reviews, but here I go! Last year my husband and I did remodeling work on our Palm Springs home and I served as contractor so when we decided to do some remodeling on our new LA home I was ready to step up to the plate again. But my husband thought different. He suggested we find a contractor instead... I did not like this idea but decided to give in and work my magic later. After reaching and getting some outrageous rates we ended up taking the one contractor who was willing to serve the customer first. Shay Alfandari of Expo Home Design and Remodeling Inc. I told him we had limited time and he set to work making things happen. If I need him for anything, all I had to do was reach out and he would get back to me or show up. When I was stressed because it looked like something wasn't possible... he made it possible, I mean this guy made it happen. Even today I know I can call him & it's done! Fidelity General Contractors did an amazing job for us. They have remodel our kitchen. They remodel the cabinets, replaced counter tops, new flooring. We are very happy form the quality, the daily communication with the office. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

I found America Green Builders after interviewing several other companies that could not do the exact job we wanted. It was a great decision to hire them. Their employees are steady and reliable, and were able to do accomplish the look and feel we were after. Our project was very large and included design work, lots of intricate masonry including tile work, pavers, walls, and stone as well as extensive irrigation, drainage to meet Encinitas's difficult standards, planting, lighting and everything else required to make our home truly spectacular. We recommend this company for large and complex projects as well as for reliability and precision in getting even the smaller tasks done properly.Thank you America Green Builders ! I called Construction Masters to come out and give me a quote on converting my garage to an ADU. Mickey came out to take a look and measure. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the laws regarding codes and permits. He asked me questions and then made suggestions for the layout and walked me through the process After receiving the proposal, we decided to go ahead and I was very happy with my decision. Throughout the process, he was very responsive and came everyday to check on the progress and instruct the workers. The end result was even better than expected and completed before schedule. I worked with many contractors in the past and Manchen Construction are definitely one of the best I worked with. I hired them to build an outdoor kitchen. I wanted something unique and had some special requests. Chen knew what I needed and he also gave me some great advises. The project turned out fantastic, I am very pleased with this company and will highly recommend to others!

Amazing service! I hired All Star Home Improvement to fix a previous contractor's (Kitchen Cabinets Express) illegal non-permitted and abandoned work. David is the contractor in charge of the new project. He has been patient and kind. He spent over 2 hours, listing all the issues from the last contractor's work and putting together a bid with licenses and proper pricing and financing. I went ahead and also had him redo my windows and sliding doors, heating, and upgrading my home to become more green and energy efficient. I get great communication from David, his team and his office. I am now not stressed. The workers are dressed nice and make sure all my furniture is covered in plastic. They are so professional and polite. I highly recommend this company if you need any home improvement work. A++++++

From the beginning really liked how they used face masks given COVID19. Also really liked how fast they responded to our bathroom remodel request. They responded to my home advisor request the same day to set up a free quote. They gave me the price on the spot. When we decided to go with their company they were able to start the following week. They stuck as close to the timeline given the circumstances and changes made throughout the remodel. They also had constant communication throughout the process ensuring we knew who was coming, to do what, and when. They did well cleaning up all of their construction work each day as I have 2 young kids so cleaning up at the end of each work day was a big deal for us. I gave a 4 out of 5 though as the price for plumbing changed substantially during the remodel. We did do a plumbing change (moving toilet) which was not discussed in the quote so I understand a price increase for that. However the other plumbing work (double vanity, move of shower plumbing) was discussed in the beginning and they told us after the plumbing was done that the price was being increased for those as well. It should be said though that even with the price increase they still were fair with the cost of everything else. Though there was some miscommunication with the plumbing cost, we would still choose to use Royal again for when we redo our master bathroom. We will be sure though to review the quote better the next time around.
