We recently remodeled our master bedroom/master bathroom, updated the laundry room and installed a new HVAC system with Pearl Remodeling. We interviewed several contractors from different companies but Ben from Pearl Remodeling was the most personable and understood our vision.           When we first met, he quickly made a 3D plan on his computer so we could see what the rooms would look like. Ben also gave us a fair price for the job and was great at expediting our construction permit. We were ready to start in just 2 weeks.          We stayed in our house through the remodel. Ben and his team made sure to cover  the other areas of the house and clean up at the end of each day to avoid too much dust.  Ben and his team were always available to answer our questions throughout the process.  Whenever we sent an email or text, Ben was quick to respond. They also included us in every decision for the design.  We appreciated their attention to detail. Ben repeatedly showed us that he will not finish a project until it is perfect for his client.          Overall we had a great experience with Pearl Remodeling. Ben was honest and finished the project as scheduled. We will definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling to our friends and family. We also want to say THANK YOU to Santiago (Ben's right hand man) and his team of workers as they have given us the master bedroom and bathroom we had been dreaming of.

I worked with Gabe and Lior for a full home renovation that I was the project manage and realtor for. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with them. They were honest, and professional. They did full interior and exterior paint, new floors, updated the bathrooms, re-modeled the kitchen. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely great work. We are a family of four and we had just purchased a 3500 square foot home in LA that required some significant remodeling and updates. However, we were still living in NJ and were hoping to have the home remodeling done before our move in about a month. This was a daunting undertaking, given our being across the country, not knowing the contractors, and our tight timeframe to complete the work. Then we met Roy, who was referred to us by our trusted realtor. Not only was Roy a terrific cross-country communicator (text, email, phone), but he brought an exceptional level of detail-orientation and workmanship to the project. Bottom line, we absolutely LOVE the work that he and his team completed, and we are now living in what we consider our dream home. To provide more detail about the remodeling, we had Roy and his team help us with the following numerous projects: painting all interior walls; installing engineered wood flooring throughout the majority of the house; a complete master bathroom remodel down to the studs, including new tile flooring, new soaking tub, and new shower; new sections of exterior fencing, new garden gates, and a new balcony railing; repainting all kitchen cabinets, media cabinet, and upstairs bathroom vanities, including new cabinet hardware. In sum, we can't fully express our gratitude for Roy. He is exceptional at what he does. He clearly loves what he does, and he does it so well. We recommend him without reservation. You will not be disappointed; on the contrary, you'll end up living in your forever home.

Fidelity General Contractors did an amazing job for us. They have remodel our kitchen. They remodel the cabinets, replaced counter tops, new flooring. We are very happy form the quality, the daily communication with the office. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

I found America Green Builders after interviewing several other companies that could not do the exact job we wanted. It was a great decision to hire them. Their employees are steady and reliable, and were able to do accomplish the look and feel we were after. Our project was very large and included design work, lots of intricate masonry including tile work, pavers, walls, and stone as well as extensive irrigation, drainage to meet Encinitas's difficult standards, planting, lighting and everything else required to make our home truly spectacular. We recommend this company for large and complex projects as well as for reliability and precision in getting even the smaller tasks done properly.Thank you America Green Builders ! We had a great experience with RAA Construction... Before we started the conversion of our 2 car garage, we researched and shopped around for few months until we went ahead with RAA Construction. Because we are a picky people, we went physically to see several remodeling jobs that they did recently. We were impressed but also worried at the same time. Based on what we saw, we felt that our estimate will not fit our budget and that we will not be able to afford it. The sales rep delivered us the quote and spent 5 hours with us. He didn’t push us to sign the contract and more than that, he didn’t try to persuade us. We took all the information he gave us and few days after, we called him and agreed to talk over the weekend. Shortly after that day, we called him and scheduled the meeting at our house. The price for the work was fair and we felt that we are in good hands. We signed the agreement and a week after, the project started. We converted the garage (about 500 sq/ft) to an amazing single room including a bathroom & steam shower, small laundry area and a kitchen. Everything came out perfect. The additional unit blend well with the rest of the house and all of our friends including our family members that visited us after the work was completed, could not believe how nice the new space… They were able to deal with all the challenges that the project included and how the new hardwood floor installation was blended to the house as a one long hardwood floor Hallway .We are very happy with the results

Construction Masters was recommended to me by a friend. My friend was praising them for their professionalism, excellent quality work, and affordable pricing. And he knows how picky I am. I always have a problem finding good quality Contractors, too much fraud around, so I took a chance with these guys. Mickey was on time for the estimate which is a big plus to me. Mickey took time to check my 2 bathrooms and Kitchen. My bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been remodeled for 30 years. Mickey offered me several suggestions about the layout. I decided to go with them and very happy I did. Mickey made sure the workers kept everything clean and understood what had to be done. I could see that they knew what they were doing, and they finished the project ahead of schedule. Don't waste your time to shop contractors. These guys are it! They are great and that's all that you need: no headaches, no hustle, and hidden fees. After they are finished they will properly clean up, throw debris in the garbage and leave your house with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom! I am sure I will use the same company to remodel my garage too. Next time I will take pictures "before" and "after" and post them here.

I worked with many contractors in the past and Manchen Construction are definitely one of the best I worked with. I hired them to build an outdoor kitchen. I wanted something unique and had some special requests. Chen knew what I needed and he also gave me some great advises. The project turned out fantastic, I am very pleased with this company and will highly recommend to others!

From the beginning really liked how they used face masks given COVID19. Also really liked how fast they responded to our bathroom remodel request. They responded to my home advisor request the same day to set up a free quote. They gave me the price on the spot. When we decided to go with their company they were able to start the following week. They stuck as close to the timeline given the circumstances and changes made throughout the remodel. They also had constant communication throughout the process ensuring we knew who was coming, to do what, and when. They did well cleaning up all of their construction work each day as I have 2 young kids so cleaning up at the end of each work day was a big deal for us. I gave a 4 out of 5 though as the price for plumbing changed substantially during the remodel. We did do a plumbing change (moving toilet) which was not discussed in the quote so I understand a price increase for that. However the other plumbing work (double vanity, move of shower plumbing) was discussed in the beginning and they told us after the plumbing was done that the price was being increased for those as well. It should be said though that even with the price increase they still were fair with the cost of everything else. Though there was some miscommunication with the plumbing cost, we would still choose to use Royal again for when we redo our master bathroom. We will be sure though to review the quote better the next time around.
