Martelli migrated to the U.S. in 2008 to join his father, who was already living here. Their relationship thrived until his father's sudden passing in 2016 brought financial hardships. Without any financial or life insurance plans, the burden fell heavily on the family. Witnessing the similar struggles faced by many others, Martelli and his wife, Rachel Adeka, took the initiative to establish Kaizen Family Financial Consultants.
