Building a quality wood fence correctly that will last a very long time like one would expect it to. There are lots of fence guys that do not build for quality.
Came from a sales job where it wasn't honest enough for me. It was always a fight with myself in my own head, sell or lie. Finally I had enough and quit selling those mass-produced oil-prints from China, Korea and Taiwan while pretending they were individual paintings done by random artists. Still faced with the need to eat and pay bills, and the unwillingness to work for somebody else I had to act fast. I said out load to myself, "PLEASE, JUST GIVE ME AN HONEST PRODUCT!" Then, I realized, "Oh, I can build wood fences. I did lots of this in the 1980s."
As a builder one can still build less than great projects and try to hide poor quality. This I will not do. For the overly cheap customer that is unwilling to pay for quality, I will decline the work.
I will build it right. I will use my years of experience to the advantage of the project and the customer. Sometimes a customer sees a pretty photo on the internet but the design is poor and will fail to a greater or lesser degree. My designs will not fail.
