Jake Baker, the youngest member of the Jefferson Airplane's RCA Grunt Records label, formed The 7th Sons in 2010 and has hand-picked some of the most talented young musicians in the area to create an energetic fun-loving dance party by paying tribute to songs of the Classic Rock era.
I provide bubbles as entertainment for children, adults, corporate events, cabaret shows, county fairs, birthday parties, summer camps, and a wide variety of other events. I do this outdoors where I make very large bubbles, fill the sky with smaller bubbles, create large foam that kids can run through, and put people inside bubbles; I can also set up for people to make their own amazing bubbles. Indoors, I do shows blowing bubbles with my hands, with hoops and loops and other things.
Two things: 1) I get to play and have fun and encourage others to join in that fun. 2) I get to watch people change right in front of me! Kids who are restless and distracted become focused and engaged. Adults who are bored or stressed out can relax, focus, become meditative and see the world a little differently.
I used to be a lawyer; this is more fun. The chance to make a difference for clients, to make their event special, makes my day.
I have been doing bubbles for over 65 years, and professionally for over 20 years. I am recognized as one of the leaders in my field. I know what it takes to entertain people, and I consistently deliver.
If you need a "virtual" show over Zoom, I can deliver that. I make it as interactive as possible, seeking audience suggestions and feedback (and challenges from the audience to do something they can imagine but have never seen before).
I am masked during my shows outdoors, and I encourage (but do not require) that the audience also be masked. When performing indoors, I require that the audience is placed back from me to minimize contacts, and I ask that my audience remain masked (since I need to not be when performing) to keep everyone safe.
