They are the BEST! We have used them for over 6 years now and I have known Hillary for over 15 years. I trust them with my family -- because my dogs are family to me. They are all about the animals in their care. And they love our dogs like they were their own. I could not do it without them and I count on them every day. They have handled emergency situations for us where a dog was sick and I could not get home from work in time. They have taken care of the dogs when we travel - keeping me updated each day -- usually more than once a day (yes I HATE leaving my "children"). You will not find anyone better!!

I can't say enough great things about Claire and her company. I have a super active 3 year old boxer mix who needs lots of exercise and love. He gets plenty of that twice a week at a reasonable price! The evenings I come home after he's been walked he is a calm, happy pup. I've been cheated before by dog walkers who were skimping and skipping their walks with my dog; I never have that fear with Fur Family. I come home to helpful, detailed notes about the walks/routes they walked. It's clear how much she loves and cares for the animals she walks. I would recommend her services to anyone seeking someone who will love their pets as much as they do!

Kim is amazing! Our dog, Nico, is a high anxiety dog who can be very reactive on a walk, but Kim did not shy away from walking him at all. She took him on a walk like we asked and even sent very detailed emails with details about the walks and multiple photos of our dog during and after the walk. I especially loved how she even posed him in an spot full of flowers and sent a picture! It made my day! It is so reassuring to know that we are leaving our dog in the hands of someone who takes extra time to take such good care of our dog! Nico does great with her! I highly recommend Kim’s Urban Hounds!
