Tail Wagging Dog Services is amazing! Our Chocolate Lab is shy, and it takes him sometime to get used to someone. We were able to meet up with Greg to talk about our dog Sam, and what works best while walking him. Greg was very understanding, and patient with our dog Sam. Not only did he take him for walks, but he took the time to work with Sam on his commands and tricks. Our dog also has Arthritis, so he made sure Sam was always comfortable on his walks.  Greg is reliable, and very flexible when scheduling the walks.  We always received updates  after evey walk, and pictures!

I think our cats miss Heather.  We were out of town for 10 days and engaged Heather and her assistant Jessie (Heather was going to be out for a few days) to come to our home daily to feed and care for our cats.  A few days before we left, both women came to our home to meet us and get acquainted with our pets. (There is a small additional charge for this but it is completely worth it.) They were so engaging that even our most reclusive fellow was putty in Heather's hands.  We left town absolutely confident that all would go well. While we were away, we got frequent detailed reports on the visits. Not only  were our pets well cared for,  Heather and Jessie played with them and gave them lots of affection. We were so surprised when we came home to find more handwritten notes of the visits and two adorable photos of each cat.  I am so happy not to face the guilt of boarding and instead return home to two happy, non sulky kitties. We could not be more pleased with Pet-Purrfection - a very appropriate name for a professional but very caring service.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with IDOG! They took care of our dog, Dayon, for almost year and it was flawless! We had many scheduling issues on our end due to health issues and they gladly accommodated us each time! They were always on time with a huge smile and friendly welcome for not only Dayton but for us as well! They are professional and also warm and loving to your pet! We could not have been more satisfied and were so sad when we didn't need their services any more . We look forward to using them again if we travel or for any other reason. We highly recommend them!
