Why should our clients choose you?

You love your dog, I work tirelessly to love them too. Providing the best level of care, affection, and experience for your pets is what I do best. Being able to spend my time working closely with dogs and puppies is possibly the greatest job in the world. Each animal has their own personality and I’m incredibly enthusiastic about getting to know each individually. I’ve spent several years perfecting my role and improving myself so that I know each and every client receives the finest service they possibly can.

Do you offer any specialised or additional services?

I’m able to completely tailor the walking experience to your dog and their specific needs. If your dog is more energetic, we can devise a longer route with more activities, or shorten it to an easy stroll for older or recovering dogs. Puppy walking can be particularly challenging for new owners so I can really help out there. I can provide a dog sitting service too for when you’re out and about for extended periods.

What qualifications have you achieved?

I have a CPD accredited Dog Walking Certificate Level 3. I’ve also completed Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Courses. Finally, I’ve worked closely with several highly experienced dog walkers over the years. I’m fully insured and can provide these details on request.

Pawfect saved us, our dog and our friends. My husband and I rescued from a local shelter and went through the multi-week course they offer when you adopt. We then went through two additional training facilities and paid quite a bit more money than we ever thought we would only to be worse off than where we began. When we adopted, we chose to take on a dog that the rescue considered to be a more challenging case. We knew that this meant she wasn't going to be welcomed into too many homes and we knew we could take on the challenge and give her a better life and fresh start. The training through the rescue wasn't pointless as we did learn a few things, but it didn't do much in the way of educating us on behavioral management. The first facility we went to had us sign up for classes and for private sessions with their head trainer and after several sessions of no progress at all and us not learning much of anything new, we opted to separate from them. The second facility assigned us to their supposed behaviorist who charged an arm and a leg per session and did something very wrong when it was just him and our dog because she always came out of training much worse than when she went in. We had enough and left there and had little hope for success at that point but didn't want to give up. Our saving grace came at a best friend's wedding. Her brides mate told us about Pawfect. She had her therapy dog with her at the wedding and when we introduced ourselves, she told us all about how Pawfect changed her life and her dog's life by training them to be certified and her dog too was a "challenging case" from a rescue. We reached out and have never looked back. We opted to do in-home training and from the moment that they arrived to start the training, we knew, and Sheba knew, that we had finally found the right trainer. The moment that he walked into the house, it was different than any other trainer that we had seen. Sheba responded respectfully. Calmly. And so did he. There was no force. There was no verbal communication. There was just a pure, true connection that he had with Sheba. That doesn't mean that there wasn't training still to be done. It does mean that training was possible and it was incredibly successful. We learned so much. Sheba learned so much. The training was pawsitive. It was fun. It was actually easy. We learned about primary or direct training and secondary or passive or capture training. We learned about the types of rewards and how to give them. We learned how to pay attention to what Sheba is telling us and to respect her needs and wants. We also learned how to set rules and limits and stick to them. Everything we learned always came full circle and with each new bit of information and with each lesson our bond with Sheba grew stronger and she became calmer and happier. We have the pawfect dog for our family and we are forever grateful to having met our new friend at that wedding and we are forever grateful that Pawfect is in this world with us to share their love and their knowledge with all of us. We have the knowledge and skills to adopt more dogs in the future. In the meantime, we have the knowledge and skills to give Sheba the happiest and most balanced life possible as we share our unconditional love with her and she's shares hers with us. We don't know where we'd be without her and we don't know where we'd be without having met Pawfect. Thank you Pawfect. We love you!

Pawfect training addressed and solved every one of our concerns. We were new to dog ownership and we watched a lot of YouTube content before adopting hoping that we could learn enough. We'll tell you firsthand that nothing you see on YouTube or on TV can compare to what the people at Pawfect can show you, teach you and do for your dog. They connect with your dog in a way you will not see in any videos online. The connection is real and once you witness it, once they explain to you what's taking place live, it changes your mind and your heart on what you thought you knew about dogs. The way they teach you changes how you forever connect with every dog you ever encounter. The bond that we have established with our dog Sonya would never have been possible without Pawfect's teachings. Our training has been smooth, productive and everlasting. We feel safe with her and she feels safe with us. We are grateful to have met our trainers and to have the opportunity to work with and learn from them. We are members of the Pawfect family and they are members of our family. Sonya has been granted a life that she could not have had anywhere else and that's all thanks to our training and education from Pawfect.
