I have a smaller breed dog, and he is really aggresive with strangers. He wasn’t able to walk, so I called Hillcrest and they made him an appointment for the next day. When I took him, that was his first vet visit, which I was extremely nervous about. The receptionists were very kind, friendly and helpful. They let me wait in my vehicle with him until they were ready for us, then they came out to the parking lot to get us. They gave me a muzzle to put on him, which he didn’t mind too much and I was relieved he couldn’t bite anyone. The veterinarian was actually able to look at his paw/leg and do an exam without him getting really stressed and overwhelmed. She said he most likely pulled a muscle and would give us an anti-inflammatory for him to take, (he was a little tense and kept tightening his mussles when she’d try and extend his leg) and if he wasn’t better in a couple days to bring him back for X-rays. After 24 hours of taking the anti-inflammatory, I already noticed a difference in him. He was able to actually stand and eat. After taking the anti-inflammatory for 7 days, he is back to himself and able to walk. I’m extremely happy I took him to Hillcrest. They didn’t try to do anything that was unnecessary just to make more money, and they seemed to really care about my dog and never made me feel judged or try to push other services/products on me.

Almost Heaven K9 (Becca) is an amazing wonderful lady to in trust your dogs too!! She goes above and beyond with training and not only that but she truly cares for each and every pet. You have to be willing to also put in the work and follow her teaching/rules once you get home. But it is so worth it to have a calm relaxing world to live your dog with! Stop letting them control you and take back control!! It is so much better when you live this life!! Being able to eat food on the couch without it being a fight. Being able to take a calm relaxing walk, without you being the one getting walked. Having a dog who respects you not runs over you is amazing!! Now I’ve realized how wrong it is to live like that! It isn’t you being mean it’s you taking back the control and showing them how to live a happy healthy balanced life!! Becca is an amazing fierce strong leader and a great person to work with!!! She always is ready to help and responds to any questions I have! She is more of a friend than a trainer. She does an outstanding job and I can’t thank her and her family enough for taking in Kylo and getting him into shape!!! Now it’s our turns to keep up the good work and practice to make it a healthy balanced life!! Thank you so much Becca - Almost Heaven K9!!!!

My two dogs spent a wonderful six weeks in dog daycare (and occasional boarding) here. I cannot think of a better pet-oriented business anywhere. The staff are caring, kind, accommodating, and love the dogs. Check-in and checkout are done efficiently. The location is convenient and beautiful. Hannah must be a witch, because she works MAGIC. My hyper dog who never listened became a well mannered boy who is only hyper in the proper places/ times now. I cannot sing her praises enough and tell everyone about her. If you’re even on the fence about booking, book her. You’ll cry with relief when you get your dog back and they actually listen and dont destroy anymore. I can now confidently take my dog anywhere and I love going shopping/ out to eat with him.
