Adam is very good with all of the dogs he works with! He has that great ability to be firm yet gentle so they listen without having to feel nervous. And the dogs love him for it! If your dog needs any behavior work or anything, Adam is your guy! I’d personally recommend the board and train program so your fur baby gets the max time with him!

My name is Elliott and I own Canine Training Services. I offer a wide range of dog training services including basic obedience, service dog training, canine rehabilitation (working with aggressive behaviors), personal protection training, and guard dog training. On time, on task and super helpful. I loved how he explained and elaborated why he made his decisions or why he would move the way he would. I also loved how he was ready to get started as soon as he came in. I look forwarded to working with him more! I've already recommended him to some of my own friends to help with their fur babies.

Did you know that dog training is an unregulated profession? As a result, many trainers use outdated, harmful training methods, including the use of shock collars, prong collars, choke chains, harsh treatment and physical force. Dogs are very sensitive, intelligent creatures and using these methods are very destructive to dogs - modern animal science has proven this repeatedly.

JEFF WAS hired to help with our dog, Greta, who while very smart wasn't always listening to us. JEFF was able to engage with Greta and keep her attention from the moment he walked in the door. At first during training sessions Greta gave him better attention than she gave us but somewhere along the way that all changed and she gave us her undivided attention. This has been a game changer in teaching her, it is nice to know she is working hard to learn from us. Thank you Jeff, for teaching the humans as much if not more than Greta. I have learned to listen to Greta and wait for both of us to be ready to work.

I offer home based dog training that is affordable. My goal is to keep dogs in loving, secure homes for their life time. The number one reason dogs end up in the back yard, shelters or on the street is lack of training. I meet with you and the your dog, and we discuss what you are expecting. We set up a training schedule after that. Usually once a week until we achieve what you wanted from your dog.
Notre Dog Academy Dog Training and Day School is dedicated to using science-based, positive training methods to teach you how to best interact with your dog. In home training lessons are catered to your specific needs with your family and your your dog(s). We love to have the whole family involved! Please contact us at info at notredog dot com as we are a brand new small business and can’t afford the very high cost of responding through this site.
I love seeing my clients make progress with their dogs. Nothing makes me happier than when a client with a particularly difficult behavioral issue tells me they don't need any more help! As a trainer, I have done my job right when you no longer need my help.
I am passionate about doing things right. Whether it be making sure to use the best training methods and understanding the science behind them, choosing the safest cleaning supplies, or finding the most environmentally friendly training treat that dogs love, I want to make the right decisions. Owning my own business gives me the freedom to follow my own set of morals and values without compromise.
I began my training journey over 10 years ago when I got my degree in Psychology. Before I even graduated, I began an internship at the Prison Pet Partnership, where I learned how to do behavioral evaluations and train service and therapy dogs. Shortly after, I also began an apprenticeship to learn how to become a dog training instructor. I have experience with nearly every type of behavior issue and particularly enjoy difficult cases that require me to tease out what is happening, psychologically, to cause the issue at hand.
I am able to offer zoom training lessons, but I find clients learn better in person. I teach you how to train your dog, so it's ok if Sparky can't figure out how to launch the app!
I use cleaning methods on par or exceeding the veterinary hospitals I have worked in. I do not allow extra dog clothing items into the building to reduce potential vectors of disease, and I clean any messes immediately. Working with dogs, it is important to protect dogs from each other with regard to disease, as well as protecting humans from zoonotic diseases, so my cleaning procedures are and will remain to be outstanding.
