So I must edit my previous review. There was a misunderstanding on pricing and after reading my first review, the owner Nick personally called and cleared everything up. My initial review was based mostly on this pricing experience, when in hindsight it should've been about what's really important here, and that's the care of my beloved dog. I can honestly say that I feel more than comfortable leaving her in the hands of K9 Country Club. The employees care for the dogs' well-being, while also making sure they have plenty of fun and get tons of exercise. My dog always comes back exhausted from all the fun she has. I also appreciate the daily updates I get on Facebook where I can not only see that my dog is being properly cared for, but that she's having a blast and hardly missing me. Sometimes I wonder if she would even notice if I never came back. :) Being the overly protective owner that I am, I've even private messaged them on Facebook just to get a personal update and always receive a personalized response on how my dog is doing. Â Ive also had a chance to take a tour of the facility on my first visit and must say it is the cleanest one I've ever seen. It is spacious and spotless. A perfect environment for my dog. I love my dog more than anything, and hate leaving her, but knowing she's in the loving hands of the folks at K9 Country Club does make me feel a whole lot better about it when I do have to leave her. If you read my previous review, please know that Nick took my, what now seem like petty concerns, to heart and personally reached out to make sure that I was a happy customer, and in doing so he has made me extremely satisfied, ensured my return, and earned my endorsement for my fellow dog owners. The care of my dog is what is important, and as I said, I know my dog is in good hands with K9 Country Club and yours will be too. Thank you for caring about me AND my dog.
