One of my family members was not able to care for their dog , Mellow. Due to unfortunate circumstances, they no longer had the means or capacity so we were in search of emergency rescue for Mellow. To find a caring & loving home for her asap. After searching, we came across Outreach Pawsabilities and Kim immediately answered even though it was 8pm at night. She was quick to action and they offered to take Mellow that same night. We are truly thankful to Kim & Outreach Pawsabilities for their service to the community and especially to the animals within.
