Excellent service, and only a text away for a question. It's been 3 months since training, and everything still sticks. We are a much happier family, and our pups are much happier too. Our pound puppy had severe confidence issues and couldn't bond with us - she is now integral member of family, and she is a very happy dog. We now use Signature K9 exclusively for training and boarding needs.

Mark and his team our great! I had an international flight scheduled and was unable to take my mini poodle to the pet hotel at the last minute. After calling other so-called pet taxi services, I found Mark. He immediately agreed to take my dog for me. The price was reasonable and to my surprise, my poodle jumped into Mark's car and was his wingman all the way to the hotel!  Mark sent me photos of "my boy"sitting in the passenger seat and notified me when they arrived. It was a huge relief. I highly recommend them, will use them again. Obviously, they love animals and are caring people. Thank you, Mark!

Anya is a natural pack leader and such an amazing trainer. I was extremely impressed with how quickly she created a connection and how well my pup responded to her. Dogs love her! Her training style focuses on positive reinforcement, rewarding desirable behavior with lots of praise and physical affection, and ignoring undesirable behavior. The best part about her training style, and what really sets her apart from other training options is that she works with my whole family too, not just our dog, teaching us how to best continue/reinforce what she has been working on with our dog. In the past when I have taken one of my dogs to training classes the dog will do great with the trainer and at the class but then then when we get back home or when I would try to practice what my dog learned it wouldn’t go nearly as well. So, the next class I would tell the trainer this, and the trainer would give it a shot and my dog would do exactly as asked. This can be very frustrating. Anya explained to me this can be because when a trainer works with a dog, from the very start, only the correct behavior is accepted from the trainer and with the trainer the dog is there to do one thing which is learn. The dog associates with this person/environment that if they do exactly as asked, they get rewarded with praise and affection. Whereas with myself, my dog has so many other associations and ways to get praise and affection the connection between what I am asking and my dog receiving praise might not be as strong at first. That’s why I thought it was great how Anya worked with the whole family and saw how we interact with our dog and how our dog responded to us. She helped give us pointers and explained how little things we were doing could be giving our dog mixed messaging and showed us little tricks to try to communicate more effectively in a way dogs understand better. She has helped us all become better pack leaders for our dogs. She said this also helped her see where she could spend more focus when working with our dog. And for me, the results speak for themself, I could not be happier. I highly recommend Anya’s Dog Training to anyone looking to learn how to train their dog to be the best dog they can be. We hired Souls for Paws when we adopted a rescue Rottweiler 8month old pup in addition to our previously adopted Pitbull who had some major previous trauma. When the trainer first came the Rottie actually tensed up and growled I was shocked but it made me even more glad I hired them. Since that point our rottie has become much more confident from being initially leash aggressive, cowering sometimes when meeting new people or being petted and peeing when we came home or meeting new people, to a much more balanced dog. She does wonderfully meeting new people and dogs. We now know how best to exhaust her mind and body so she isn't chewing on furniture and whatever else she can find. She hasn't had an accident in weeks. The pitbull has been learning obedience and has become much calmer when greeting new people and handles crating much better as well. As owners we also have a better understanding of our dogs behavior now and we feel more confident working with them and reinforcing the training. I can't recommend Souls for Paws enough!

I took my dog, Maui, to Erin for some training, and I could be happier with the results. Erin was a wonderful trainer, who worked with me into reinforcing certain commands and behaviors that would make sue Maui didn’t forget what he’d learned. Maui went from being stubborn and unruly to being docile and obedient, and all thanks to Erin. I plan to take Maui back for more lessons, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.
