I can’t express how grateful we are for Alpha and Omega. We had a puppy that we were hoping to be an emotional support dog for our autistic twins. At the age of 6 months old we instead had a 100 pound uncontrollable puppy. He would bark at everything and was so reactive to everything and everyone. I was embarrassed to walk him. It was getting so bad that I am ashamed to say we were thinking ( multiple times a day) of rehoming him.

I Was incredibly nervous about that and worried to say the least. We got videos, pictures and updates along the way. He was treated absolutely wonderful and made new friends along the way. So if you are reading this I highly recommend this !!it was such a great jump start on his training. We also have gotten to experience their doggy day camp and that has done so much for my guy. When I pick him up that night he sleeps like a rock !!!
Ray is absolutely a wonderful trainer and Olaf loves him. He also listens to all of our concerns. Every step of the way he makes sure to update you and teach you as well. The progress that Ray and the other trainers have made with Olaf is amazing!! We still have a lot to learn but for the first time I know we will get there because of this Team!!! When they say you are now a part of their family that is the truth!!

Best decision we ever made! We have a 5 month old female GSD. I was at my breaking point- the biting, the jumping up, the barking…did I mention the biting?! Ray boarded and trained Athena and the results are phenomenal! He was able to teach us how to communicate properly to Athena. It’s like we have a completely different dog! I love that he sent videos through the boarding time so we could see Athena’s progress. I met with a few other trainers and I felt they had more rapport with animals than people. The biggest change for me is working online. I still work in person with dogs and take all precautions up to and including being vaccinated. Please note, I mention this in a non political way. For me, to help the most dogs, I need to be vaccinated, so I am. It's about supporting the dogs and their parents for me, nothing more.
