I've been taking my dog Dixie to Club Fido for over a year now. I started when she was 12 weeks old. It was great socialization experience for her, both with people and other dogs. It is amazing to me the positive characteristics dogs can learn from each other while there. Dixie goes pretty often, and she has her circle of friends. The owner Dan is fantastic. He has seen it all when it comes to dogs. Any issues you are having with your dog he can help you correct it.
The other thing that I liked about Club Fido was their boarding. The owner sleeps at the facility with any boarded dogs. If your dog is used to being in a crate at night, he will keep them crated, but if your dog is used to sleeping with you, he will let them in with him. While you are gone, your pup is a phone call away if you want to check in on them. They were happy to give me an update anytime I called, and they sent me pictures and videos of Dixie having fun while I was gone. Made leaving her a lot easier knowing she was in good hands.
