Ok so where do I start. Been going to this place for about 7 years now. It may be a bit expensive sometimes but they care for the pets as if they were their own. My pet had a cyst on his neck that was due for surgery the week after he needed to be boarded. Now mind you I can't really leave him anywhere else as he doesn't trust anybody else and usually get sick if I try. Well his cyst blew in the middle of his stay. They took him quickly to the vet to get emergency surgery; I obviously did my part taking care of the cost from my end which isn't the point. But after discharging there was a possibility that due to the post-op care he wouldn't be allowed to board anymore. I was out of the country and panicking. The facility manager, Lindsay, took MY pet to HER home and took care of him for the rest of the stay while I got back. I mean, if that doesn't show true care, I don't know what does. They will always have my trust.
