I could not speak any higher about Anna and the Boss K9 Team! They are absolutely amazing!! My mini Australian puppy needed basic obedience training and needed help with being protective/guarding his toys and bones where he would show a little aggression. Anna and her team fixed the aggression problem and did all the basic training. I have to admit, that I was nervous about my puppy losing his personality while being gone for the training program but that did not happen at all my little guy! Rachel is an amazing trainer. She really understands dogs and ensures that dog owners know learning theory and how to work with dogs. I worked with Rachel to get a service dog. My dog is very well trained and has helped me significantly with my disability. I feel I have learned a lot from Rachel about how to train dogs as well. Rachel is happy to help with understanding dogs' behaviors and anything else her clients need. She also provides many ideas about how to mentally stimulate dogs, which is always useful. After Rachel trains a dog, she offers a service called drop in play (DIP). I bring my dog to DIP every chance I get, as she has the opportunity to play with nice, well-trained dogs who she has known most of her life and is good friends with. She has fun and I go home with a sleepy, well-exercised dog. DIP is an amazing service and is typically held daily, weather permitting. I highly recommend working with Rachel if you have a pet dog or would like a service dog.
