My 1 year old Miniature Schnauzer had separation anxiety with few hours non-stop barking and whining, barking when meeting strangers and was very undisciplined when going out for walks. Due to living in an apartment, it was hard to train her by myself even when Henry taught me the ways that I could try by myself. Eventually, I brought my dog for 3 weeks boarding and was so grateful I did. When I went to visit her and bring her back home after 3 weeks+ of boarding, she is able to stay calm and listen to commands. She can now walk by my side and stopped pulling me with her leash once I commanded her. She now barks less frequently and was able to stop barking when I tell her to. She has gotten so much better in her separation anxiety, and I can leave her in crate without her barking non-stop now. After bringing her back home, Henry is so responsible as to contacting me to follow up with how my dog is doing when she reached home. It is easy for dogs to get back to their original behavior once they get back to their owner since they were used to us doting on them, but Henry told and taught me ways to love her and discipline her at the same time. Henry definitely knew how dogs think and behave, he is patient and fixed on many little details to improve even a single characterisitic, and that is why he proved his training to be efficient while not traumatizing and scaring dogs. Dogs don't lie, my little Schnauzer loves Henry and his family so much!

Steve did a great job on our belgium malinois and kept him longer than the board and train contract we signed AND did home training and we weren't charged anything extra. He even split up the board and train weeks so we could go on a trip and saved us on utilizing another kennel We've not been able to find another trainer as conscientious as he was. Yes sometimes we had to wait for phone calls, but the training was worth it.
