I used to think that I was an alright trainer because I didn't have any issues with my dog . However I didn't know how much information about dogs I did not know. This course was very enlightening. I can fully now understand how a dogs' mind works .The more you know the more you can train . My dog was trying to communicate with me but I didn't know what he wanted exactly , until after the course. Even if you do not want to be a dog trainer this course is so valuable if you own a dog. My dog is way more balanced now . I want to thank Katie for all the help and pointers she mentioned to me . Do not think this is a pay-to-win course this is hard work but it is worth it. I recommend it to anyone.

I was very happy with best friends dog training. Â I sent my seven month old puppy to boot camp with Scott during my vacation. He was great with me and my children (I do not know the first thing about dogs or dog training as I have never had a dog lol). My puppy came back and did act differently. She was no longer biting and seemed more calm/willing to listen. Â She was not potty trained but made some progress. Â Scott assessed my home and told me step by step what to do with her to facilitate the potty training. Â He subsequently came to my home three times for follow up to tell me and my family what to do to reinforce the commands the dog learned at boot camp. Â (Heel, sit, come, place). I do have to work with my dog twice a day for ten minutes to reinforce the training. Â It is simple and easy as she already knows the commands. Â What I liked most about the company was that all of this was explained to me before.... And Scott was always up front about the fact that the dog would not be perfectly potty trained upon return and I would have to work with the dog to keep up her skills. Â I will be using the company in the future for more board/train or in home lessons.

We do provide remote access to us but, this is more about direction or instruction or just having your questions answered to point you in the right direction. In our opinion and experience it is very difficult to train a dog to their optimal results via online.
We take Covid-19 very seriously. Because the virus in dynamic so are the guideline & recommendations; staying abreast of these changes are very important to us.
