Working with Dyese through Unruffled Paws was a great experience! My son and I are autistic, so it’s helpful for us to have clearly defined structural points. Prior to finding Unruffled Paws, I’d connected with various training providers who weren’t willing to work with our needs as a family, so I was very apprehensive moving forwards with a trainer for Frankie after such a poor experience elsewhere. Dyese listened to my concerns and was so understanding from our first conversation. Dyese is extremely detail oriented, communicative, and knowledgable and I love her relationship based approach to improving the quality of life we can provide for Frankie. From the very beginning, Dyese explained the training process to us from start to finish - including projected progression, alternatives to compensate for possible deviations from the planned curriculum in light of a recent fear period for our adolescent rescue dog, and created an easily integrated series of daily maintenance exercises that my son would also be able to participate in. She made training as smooth as possible for myself, my son, and Frankie and I don’t know what I would have done without her. Thank you so much, Dyese, for all of your hard work, your patience, and your dedication to the betterment of the lives of the animals around you. Frankie woofs you! 💙

Aden’s was the most amazing with my dog winston. A brand new puppy and she helped me have him trained in no time. She’s an actual dog whisperer! And gives delicious treats the puppy loves. I’m going to keep working with Adene for years to come!

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Jennifer has been. My little Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix, Lola, absolutely loves her auntie Jennifer. Lola is always so excited to see Jennifer and often waits for her at the door, even on days when she's not scheduled for walks. We have been working with Jennifer for both walks and training sessions. She was very instrumental in helping our dog adjust to her papa. Lola is a rescue with a history of abuse and was very fearful of men in general. With Jennifer's help and training Lola's relationship with her papa slowly grew from fearful to very caring and loving. Jennifer has always been flexible with scheduling and is very kind and loving with our dog. She sends pictures and doggy reports which I really appreciate! Even during these Covid times I've always felt safe and comfortable letting Jennifer into our home. I would highly recommend Jennifer to any dog owner. She has been nothing but wonderful.

We feel so grateful that we found Anna to be our dog trainer. She helped us implement a great routine to Peyton’s daily schedule, which helped him work toward becoming house trained. The best part about Anna was she made herself fully available between sessions. We would message her with questions and with issues about Peyton, and she was always quick to respond. Having her at our disposal on a regular basis was great, since we could continue correcting habits even when Anna wasn’t in our home. Now that we’ve finished our sessions, we will still occasionally ask questions and Anna continues to offer great advice. All in all, Anna is very passionate about her work and will help you get results for your pooch!

My dog is a pit bull and he was very good with her. She loved playing with him and he teaches her very well. So very talented and love what he does HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was hands down the best grooming of my cats I've ever had done. My four Persian cats need grooming semi regularly. Two of the cats could be groomed by anybody, they're gentle as lambs, but 2 of my cats are so bad (kicking, scratching, biting, hissing, struggling) that multiple groomers have said they refuse to groom them after one time. So it is crucial to find a good groomer. I also wanted a groomer who would pick up and drop off my cats or do mobile grooming. With Meldrin Montano and Petness World, I got attentive, timely service, positive responses to all 4 of my cats (even the bad ones), great looking shaves, and even a cowboy themed photo shoot after! Meldrin picked up my cats promptly at 9.30am, and dropped all 4 off promptly at 1pm. This was very fast, other shavers have taken all day for only 2 of my cats. Also, Meldrin shut down the whole grooming facility for my cats so they wouldn't be stressed by dogs, which other grooming facilities haven't done. He also sent me maybe 20 videos of my cats as they were being groomed, which was so comforting, accountable, and amusing. Also the price was lower than other groomers who didn't pick up my cats! Then at the end, Meldrin sent me over 20 photos from the cowboy photo shoot he did with each cat. This was the best experience getting my cats groomed I've ever experienced! I can't wait to use Meldrin at Petness World again!!!

Our English bulldog LOVES It here! He pulls me towards the direction of Furry Tails on every walk! The staff is great, knowledgeable and so friendly. The groomer is so good too, our dog doesn't even mind getting groomed here..which says a lot b/c anywhere else he shakes like a leaf! We love Furry Tails, it is such a great addition to the neighborhood.

What a lucky break to find Dr. Sola and the team at Heart of Harlem when I moved to the neighborhood four years ago. Dr. Sola and all the staff really care about the animals and it shows in their professional and friendly service.
