I must have viewed her website a hundred times before I finally reached out. Jessica was extremely helpful and oh so very nice. She came out for an evaluation to meet me and my girl Kassey. After our evaluation I was overly impressed with her knowledge and just how she treated us like family. She’s so easy to talk too! I signed up for the 4 weeks of basic and my girl returned home walking on leash in a HEEL. Not chasing bunnies, not barking at strangers or dogs. Knew place, stopped jumping on me and my family. I can now bring Kassey to family gatherings without worrying about her bothering someone. I highly recommend Jessica. She’s always there to answer any questions after training too. She’s a god send.

I seriously couldn’t thank all the staff at Oswego Animal Hospital enough for everything they’ve done for Tootie, my Boston terrier. She had to have surgery for a femur fracture, and everything went so much better than I had anticipated. It’s been such a rough week, but thankfully I can sleep soundly knowing my sweet baby girl is home and on the road to recovery. Dr. McMahon is seriously one of the best vets I’ve ever met! We took our last dog to several kennels before discovering Apolda and John Magill. Our Weimaraner "Charlotte" was very high strung and didn't do well in most kennels, with Apolda we always got her back in good shape. Often, we would have her groomed at the end of her stay and were always satisfied.Our young German Short Hair "Chaps" has been there several times now enjoying a similar experience (although he'd still rather be home pretending he's a lap dog)
