She’s very punctual and flexible. Always kind to my dog and focused on the extra things we wanted to train him to do like wear dog shoes and give paw. My dog liked her and her treats, and she gave us some insight as to the best things for him based on his behavior. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. Well worth the money, now me and my husband just need to follow through!

My 8 year old medium-sized rescue pup was recently attacked during our morning walk. I reached out to Brandi to work through the effects of this with my dog who has a history of leash reactivity. Usually, she will bark, whimper, pull, and sometimes lunge when she sees other dogs and I worried these behaviors would worsen after the attack. We’ve done other types of training before to curtail her reactivity, however none of our previous work compares to the difference in her behavior after one session with Brandi! We successfully transitioned from using the prong collar to wearing a head collar and front-clip harness and not only is my girl much more relaxed on leash, but I also have more control of her than before. On our walks, we’ve passed other dogs together and she hasn’t barked, lunged, whimpered or pulled – not one bit! She glances at the other dogs and then focuses her attention on me to get her reward. I am profoundly grateful for Brandi’s expertise and thoroughness. She takes her time getting to know you and your dog, is incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. She offers comprehensive training tailored to the needs of your dog and employs a variety of resources to accomplish these goals. Brandi’s step-by-step written instructions have been enormously beneficial in ensuring that I can competently train my dog! I'm looking forward to learning much more in our future sessions and can't thank her enough because I feel like I have a brand-new pooch!

We adopted "Goldie" back in June 2017 - Clark and his staff made sure that we were a good match he had us out 5 different times to meet Goldie, work with her, bring our dogs out to observe how they were together. He did not want just "anyone" to adopt her. He wanted to make sure she was with the right family and that we were committed to keeping up with her training not just with him but knowing that the continued work was going to ensure a successful adoption. Goldie was in PERFECT health when we brought her home as I took her right to our Vet for a thorough check-up. We received 3 follow up calls checking on how she was adjusting to her new home - I don't understand these negative review but I can speak to our ongoing relationship and been nothing but happy. I would never NEVER participate if I felt anything or anyone not taking care of our pets need in the most humane and loving act.
It is difficult to think like a dog. The biggest benefit we have gained by working with Clark and his staff have been to understand what our dogs need and expect from us, by learning how they think...Clark not only taught us what we needed to do to train our dogs but he also explained the logic behind the actions with patience and many hands-on demonstrations.
