As soon as I got my puppy I knew she would require training. Sadie is a high-energy and intelligent dog. Sadie used to stop and lie down when she saw another dog walking while we were out. I also wanted to address her whining and barking. I researched training facilities on Yelp and read all of the glowing reviews for All Dogs Unleashed. I decided to send my puppy to the two week board and train program. I was sad to send her away, but Steven did an amazing job! Steven set us up for success by teaching Sadie and I the foundations. Steven was very thorough, detailed and patient during my part of the training. He answered my million questions and walked me through all the commands. Sadie was walking nicely with minimal pulling, listening to commands and behaving like a new dog. I can tell that Steven really cares about each dog. I am so happy I found All Dogs Unleashed. I highly recommend them!

We have taken both of our dogs for grooming to Heritage Pet Grooming for almost 10 years. It is really all about being comfortable with our groomer, Jaye. Both of our dogs are so comfortable with her and we know they are in good hands when dropped off. The receptionist is always friendly and courteous. Our family is so grateful to Kenny. Our 18-month golden retriever, Soopy, developed some destructive separation anxiety habits that were affecting our home and schedule. She also was overexcited when we’d have company, which led to us constantly having to try and manage her behavior or pull her off of someone. In a few weeks of day school, Kenny was able not only to correct these behaviors, but to transform our dog into one who looks to us to set the tone for her behavior in any situation. Her personality is more calm- she is obedient to corrections now, but hardly ever needs it! Our friends and family rave about the difference when they come to visit. My puppy, Princess Pebbles (a rather insane 5-6 month old chocolate lab puppy), and I got SO much out of our training with CU. I had done training with Guide Dogs for the Blind many years ago as a volunteer puppy raiser, so I wasn't exactly a newbie, but I knew that everyone can use a refresher and an outside eye on things. I wanted someone who worked one-on-one and, more importantly, used only positive reinforcement techniques. Caro and Canine University fit both bills. Caro is one of "those" people when it comes to dogs - she speaks their language and is supremely patient with them. She's also hilarious!! :-) Also, I had never used the "clicker method" and after one class and training session, I was a convert. I would recommend Canine University to anyone!!!!

Zac is amazing. I have two high energy, strong labs and he is wonderful with them. I can now go away for a trip without the slightest bit of guilt because I know that they will have so much fun with Zac. Really, I think my pups are sad sometimes to come home when I go to pick them up. Zac exercises them, plays a ton, and takes them on fun adventures. I am currently working from home and plan to for the rest of my career. Aside from dog training, I am self-employed as a Equities Day Trader. Fortunately, working in this field allows me the freedom to enjoy and endeavor on other passions, such as dog training. I've always had a passion and love for animals in general but wolves specifically. I remember I was helping a family member train their 2 dogs, and it just clicked to me, that I could literally speak with dogs. I can understand and decipher what they are saying at any given moment. I'm sure everyone would feel they could talk to dogs in some degree, but for myself, I always imagined a dog talking like how humans do, however, the way they perceive the world and even how they communicate, is so far from how we talk to each other, that most dog training issues are based off that assumption alone.
I can provide all sorts of training or troubleshooting with your dogs, However, my main focus is board and training. For best results, I require a one on one with your dog to fully understand how to communicate with him/her. I specialize in the foundation of a good behavioral management and obedience. I will install, good fundamentals for your pets but cannot stress enough how important it is for the handler to understand fundamentals as well. Most dog trainers are in the field because they truly have a passion for wanting to help or guide misunderstood dogs. In my case, there is no exception!
