This review is long overdue. Â I was desperate to find a dog trainer in the area and had trouble finding one who could start as quickly as I needed. Â I widened my search a little and came across Eric's entry here on Yelp. Â Although he only had 3 reviews at that time, his video and pictures and the 3 fairly recent (at the time) 5-star reviews sold me.Eric was incredibly responsive to all phone calls. Â He was able to meet right away as well. Â I know another company said that if someone can meet right away and take another client so quickly, then that's a sign of a poor business, but I think it's a sign of a business owner being organized enough and knowing how to arrange his schedule to accommodate new client needs. One of the best things about Eric is his demeanor. Â He's extremely nice and very calm. Â You could see his genuine love for dogs and after a just one session with them, I could see the dogs' genuine love for him! Â In terms of how well his techniques work -- it's amazing to watch him. Â As the other reviewers said, the dogs responded to his techniques almost immediately. Â It almost made me cry when I saw how the dogs were actually obeying someone, and they didn't look stressed or unhappy, they looked content to sit or walk the way a "good dog" would. Â We were very happy with Eric and would recommend him to anyone who needs help training their dogs.

We had only ever raised one dog (and without formal training) before we went to Wency's Puppy class with our new pup Ru. Wency's love and knowledge of dogs is so deep. It's amazing to watch her with the dogs, and see how they respond to her confidence immediately. We learned so much in six weeks, and we're grateful that she is available to share her expertise through these classes. It was also so helpful with socializing our dog with both other dogs and humans...a great experience for all of us.
I have been working with dogs for over 15 years. I started working with Dogs in Santa Barbara in a Doggy Daycare that I Managed for over 15 years. What you can expect from me honest work will take care of your pet like he or she were one of my family members. Your pet will be joining my Pack where he or she will learn three rules exercise, boundaries and limitations, and final one praise and affection once your pet is at a calm stay of mind.
The one thing that I most love about my job is that being my own boss making my own schedule being there for my wife snd kids when they need me and of course being around dogs and taking them around different environments.
When I was managing the doggy daycare in Santa Barbara and COVID-19 impacted the day I plead with owner to have a plan in place but he refused to. Sadly with in a couple months it went out of business leaving me with out work I had no idea what was going to happen next. Until I decide to take a trip with my wife and kids when we got to our destination did some site seeing I saw people walking there dogs around town most of them didn't look like they weren't enjoying there time with there dog some were struggling to control there dog. Thats where I decided to start my own dog walking business where I can form a pack and putting my 15 years of knowledge in helping people out with there problematic dogs.
I Know in the human world it is really hard to build that trust with someone that you have never meet. If you have that right energy all it really takes is a 5 minute conversation with someone to get to know them. As a former Manager I know exactly what people expect for me one is listening to any of there concerns and questions and helping them in anything they need.
I can provide in person service if the clients would want that.
If the clients need me to wear a mask I will gladly follow there rules and wear a mask if they want to practice social distancing I will gladly do so.
