Teaching our dogs new things can be a very rewarding experience. I offer private 1 on 1 training. Starting with an introductory session where you can meet me and get a feel for my style before jumping into a package. Training series includes indoor, outdoor, on walks in your neighborhood, and eventually at parks in your area so you're prepared for different environments and energy levels.

If you're reading this, the answer is yes. Hire Kevin. Here's my experience with Kevin and how he's helped me improve my relationship with my strong willed and hard to train Australian shepherd puppy.Â
For context, my puppy (Levi) is a high energy breed (australian shepherd) and is very smart. But intelligence does not equate obedience as I've come to learn and we needed to establish ground rules early with the pup. I like that Kevin's program is about getting your dog to a desired state and he would literally go above and beyond in time and effort to make sure we get there. We've done more classes than what a normal pup would need, and Kevin always made that happen.Â
Kevin was able to give me the tools to be successful in training my pup. He helped reduce the puppy biting immediately when we first started class and has since taught my dog to sit/stay very well, and heeling. If you have an Australian shepherd, you'll know they're notoriously hard to train to walk on leash, but we're making good progress with Kevin's coaching and consistency.Â
Another thing I loved in working with Kevin is how responsive and flexible he is. I decided to go with a private trainer because I knew (1) I needed a program that works with my schedule, (2) someone who can help cater to specific needs of my dog, and (3) I knew my dog is too stubborn and will require some work. Kevin was able to do all these things. He texts back really quickly and was available by phone to talk through any issues I was having with the pup. When work calls popped up for me, he was able to work around my schedule and showed up on time, always.Â
Overall, I really appreciate Kevin's professionalism and he is an excellent dog trainer with a lot of experience. I'd highly recommend you giving him a shot and let him work his magic. Trust me, it's totally worth it.

We heard about Larry from almost everyone we ran into when we got our pup about a year and half ago. We have a Doberman and wanted to make sure he had obedience training. There is a reason most people you run into go to Larry. He's amazing. He not only trains your dog but he also teaches the owners how to train the dog. He makes training focused, fun, and productive. If your dog needs training, dont look anywhere else. Thanks for everything Larry!

We first met Kelly after she answered our Craigslist post when we were looking for a pet sitter to watch our two dogs over the holidays.Kelly really does go the extra mile! She met with us numerous times at the park so our dogs could get to know her better before we left. She sent us daily reports and pictures of the dogs through text message to let us know how they were doing throughout the week - we loved this! Each day she would take them to play at different parks and beaches around our neighborhood (Dolores Park, Douglas Park, Crissy Beach, etc). She would also leave music on for our dogs whenever they would be alone in between her visits. Kelly treated our pups as if they were her own and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone in the San Francisco area that is looking for a loyal and trustworthy pet sitter!

I wanted to take a minute and comment on the excellent training and the wonderful support I have gotten from Beverly. I used her puppy training services a year or so ago but I still have questions every once in a while. Beverly always makes timefor me and provides solutions based on her years of experience that get right to the core of my problem. I was happy to work with her in the past and very pleased with the results and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
