As an ordained minister and mother of 7 children, I have a unique perspective on life, ways of communicating, and how people think. I would love to have the opportunity to assist others in finding satisfaction with their lives, both personally and professionally. When it comes to counseling, I do Christian counseling, which follows the same principles as regular counseling, but is not covered by insurance (it will be an out of pocket expense) as i am not a "licensed" therapist or psychologist .
Our therapists have many years of experience, lots of professional training and we tend to use humor when appropriate. We know the professional relationship is important and must work in order for you to feel comfortable. We recognize that making the decision to reach out was difficult.
I specialize in loss and traumatic memories of all kinds, along with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and more. I also see therapy as a collaboration. Using CBT, EMDR, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and others, I work with each client to find the approach they feel is right for them and to build a safe, genuine connection. I became a therapist because I believe that we all have a story--and that therapy can help us see our stories in new ways and change them for the better.
10 years and counting in helping people achieve desired changes that will allow them to grow and gain control and peace of mind. I have a passion for helping people who really want to improve their life honestly; If you desire to change is greater than the desire to stay the same, then you are ready.

Leigh Gadek thank you for all you have done for myself and my sobriety. It's a shame people who claim to be involved in recovery but don't seem to work a program. If they were working a good program of recovery they wouldn't speak so negative about someone that wants to help people. The common goal should just be to help others. All we can do is pray for someone like that because clearly they are still very sick!
