I Dream of Cleaning LLC is by far the best housekeeping service provider I have ever experienced! The owner Akilah is an angel that always goes above & beyond my expectations! Her attention to detail is remarkable! She cleaned area's in my home I didn't even notice were dirty until she finished! Other housekeepers I've had in the past cut corners to save time, but Akilah took her time & left no stone unturned. My kitchen appliances looked brand new, they wiped down my light fixtures, walls & baseboards and my home felt more spacious & smelled wonderful! She even found a diamond that was missing from a ring I thought I had lost! I couldn't be happier with her service and attitude. She has always been flexible to fit my changing schedule and she has gone out of her way to accommodate me with last minute bookings. I have a small studio and I provide care for an elder who has Aspergers and isn't comfortable with anyone in the apartment. I needed help with cleaning in the bathroom, kitchen and doing laundry! The woman over the phone was kind and reassured me that they were professional and non-judgmental about what the space looks like (which I was concerned about, in addition, she was well versed about working around someone that had developmental needs. She offered a consultation with us and I took her up on that offer. When the woman showed up for the consultation I really felt a lot more comfortable with someone in the space with my uncle. We also had 3 huge bags full of laundry, including bedding and she quoted us a flat rate (not based on weight). The cleaning lady did an excellent job with the kitchen and bathroom. They also did all of the laundry we had and brought it back the next day folded. I loved the service and plan on booking them again especially for the laundry as it was a lot easier and cheaper to do it through them instead of the online services that exist for laundry.

It's brings great concern when your partner who you've been with for 3 years starts acting different, staying out late than he used to, texting frequently even though he's a terrible texter even taking calls in private, I'd have to be stupid to not suspect anything right? I don't often login to my Yelp account, but definitely had to for this review. This was my first time using Evergreen Cleaning and I will definitely be booking with them again. Scheduling an appointment was super easy.My house hasn't been cleaned in over a month after having difficulties with other cleaning services... Carlos was very communicative and texted me with updates after booking, before arrival, and upon completion. I was not home during the cleaning, so the updates were appreciated. I was a little shocked at how fast the cleaning was done and had my suspicions. When I arrived at home I was blown away. Carlos and his team did an amazing job! I have several dogs, but looking at my home now, you couldn't tell. Not a dog hair in sight. I am very impressed and so glad I've found my new favorite cleaning service.Highly recommend!!!
