I am a licensed and ordained minister with 16+ years of experience as a pastor. I've walked hundreds of people through all seasons of life, from marriage to dealing with death and grief to work transitions and more. Since 2020 I have been doing Real Estate and Business coaching, helping people grow and develop their businesses, assessing their needs for change and development, and implementing strategies for growth. Currently, I have completed my ICF 65-hour training course and am an ICF Coaching Candidate and am expanding to help those outside the real estate space with strategic planning, life assessment, business development, and interpersonal relationships (premarital or relationship counseling). I offer several coaching packages to help you no matter the need, so book your complimentary consultation to see what works best for you, here: https://app.paperbell.com/checkout/bookings/new?package_id=60044
Ministry, Real Estate and Coaching all have one thing in common...people. I love to interact with and help people as they walk through life and some of their biggest decisions. I love being their fan, advocate, sounding board, guide, and sometimes agitator to help them as they make important life decisions and move forward, whatever that looks like for them!
My entire adult life I've been an independent Contractor...so even as a pastor working at a specific church, I have always been my own boss at the end of the day. I like the flexibility that gives me to love on and be with my family while also allowing me to step into the lives of others at important moments and walk with them for a season, however long that season may be.
Well, I think it's important first to understand that we choose each other. Just because someone wants to work with me doesn't mean I'll work with them! Fit is important, and if I am going to coach or counsel or consult with, I want to ensure we are on the same page as to what the goal and roles are, as well as the expectations. Also, I want people to understand at the end of the day that I can't and won't make them do anything, but they are paying me ultimately to be a guide, support, confidant and sounding board, but change is always up to them. If that is understood, then I think people who appreciate honesty, integrity, experience and compassion...with an edge... would enjoy working with me as they grow.
Yes. For those in the Northern Kentucky or Cincy Metro area we can schedule live in person if needed, but the vast majority of sessions will be via zoom. This allows for the sessions to be recorded and shared with the client after, for review and reflection and allows a layer or protection and accountability for both of us. Recordings are kept in strict confidence and links are only shared with the client or relevant stake holders per the terms of our coaching agreement.
Because sessions are virtual, there are not specific measures in place, however if someone is ill a session can be rescheduled. Missed sessions would still be charged and not rescheduled, without prior notice.
