I am an energy medicine psychotherapist, combining my 30+ years in counseling with my dual training in energy medicine (Eden Energy Medicine, Reiki, Flower Essences, Emotional Freedom Technique) to help people find answers and balance naturally, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I am a motivational speaker, coach, mentor, and trauma informed counselor. I help women to overcome the disappointments and pains of their pasts, to reach their life and career dreams. With over 12 years of experience as a life coach and counselor, I help clients heal their emotional scars to improve their quality of life. By overcoming loss, rejection, and trauma, I have found the power within my own voice to motivate and uplift others.

I launched my Life Coach business in the midst of a global pandemic. I’ve done hundreds of sessions over a decade, started out academic but always with that interpersonal component. The difference now, is that I work for myself. Mind/body is inseparable, I am able to nuance that with you. Why I do it. For what I feel. I’ve been there in an important moment, seeing first hand the depth of human emotion.
