I work with individuals, couples, and groups around communication and relationship goals / challenges. My practice trauma informed, sex positive, and is based in somatics (body aware therapies). I do not work from a diagnostics perspective but rather using positive psychology to support empowered self-awareness.

I help people shrink limitations and expand choices. Wellspring programs help people resolve personal and marital problems by focusing on what they can control successfully. I provide unique solutions for each individual using a mind/body approach to health and happiness. My programs include one on one consultation, marital and family counseling and team building. I encourage people to listen to recordings that are made especially for them.

Addictions Whether you have been smoking , drinking, drugs, or any other addiction, hypnosis, can eliminate the psychological sabotaging that occurs within the addictive cycle. Fears & Phobias
