Sara's energy and kindness exuded from her as soon as she stepped into our house! We had Sara come to our house to help celebrate my grandmother's 82nd birthday through yoga, meditation, a special ceremony and pulling angel cards. From planning to the actual day of the event, Sara was extremely professional and prompt in her communication. Sara did a fantastic job of explaining the foundation and belief that yoga is built on for the non-yogis in our group as well as what each of our chakras meant and where they were located. Not to mention, the entire class was led in Farsi to accommodate my grandmother. It was an extremely transformative session that at the end of the meditation my grandmother began crying.
