I didn't know anything about, or had even heard of Neurofeedback... After Lisa explained what it actually does I was less nervous to try it. And thank goodness I did. I've slept a full night's sleep and have increased focus/motivation in my profession. It's comparable in pricing for talk therapy or even "tutoring", the difference though: this sticks!! The other solutions have mostly been bandaids or simply temporary because it's just not deep enough to change how your brain actually functions. So glad we have this available in San Antonio.
