Maggi's dream class offered me profound insights into my struggles and psyche. Maggi was shining lights on seemingly confusing symbols and situations in my dreams. I have discovered many things about myself. I also learned so much more about symbolism and archetypes. Each class was like an adventure to our subconscious. We also did tons of Art in these classes and it was really therapeutic to me, I never thought I can draw!! If you have intense dreams with lots of visuals and emotions, or simply want to learn to depict your own dreams, I would highly recommend Maggi's dream classes.

I specialize in loss and traumatic memories of all kinds, along with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and more. I also see therapy as a collaboration. Using CBT, EMDR, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and others, I work with each client to find the approach they feel is right for them and to build a safe, genuine connection. I became a therapist because I believe that we all have a story--and that therapy can help us see our stories in new ways and change them for the better.

Hi! Katie here, a 42-year-old mom that is here to help, if needed. I've stepped away from the corporate world and slowed down. In doing so I am continuing to find myself, appreciate my children like never before, and a taking a deep breath when needed. Life can be difficult; everyone can understand that. My marriage, children, and 2 Newfoundland dogs are important to me, but I have to remember that I am what is central to myself! You are the most important person in your world! I love to help others and I would love to guide you on your unique path in life.
I'm an extrovert, and I love to help people. It truly is what I enjoy to do. Sometimes a listening ear is what is needed or confirmation that the direction you want to move towards is the path for you. Everyone is unique in their situation, I want to be able to provide that sounding board for parents, caregivers, wife's, husbands, young adults, and anyone that just would like it!
Pre Covid I was working 40 -50 hours a week, seeing my kids and husband on weekends, a little during the week. Traveling to different states started becoming normal. Post Covid was school from home and WFH. I changed, everything changed! I wanted to see my kids more, be there for them. Now, a few years later, as I've said, I'm finding my path.
Also-My entire life I've been surrounded by family with Bi-polar disorders and depression. The very people closest to me have ADHD and Anxiety as well. These are just some of the areas that inspired me, I've seen, experienced, and lived this.
Above everything else, I've always said I'm transparent. What you see is what you get. No one is perfect, but, we're all here trying our best. If you would like to touch base and really delve into what is going on, just maybe we can get through this?
