Tia has been the most helpful and resourceful, possible! She’s extremely responsive, positive, honest, and friendly as can be. More often than not, I have found other counseling offices to be very delayed in responding, sometimes resulting in days between questions and answers, and even information being forgotten or misplaced. Tia is polar opposite. She’s structured. She communicates easily with adults and children. She’s timely and always keeps an update on topics discussed, and provides tremendous guidance to practice outside of her office and in your everyday settings, etc. I’ve found her to be the best in this area and can’t recommend her enough!

I think the Cognitive connection has good intentions; however, this place is very disorganized and somewhat unprofessional. I love how the groups are even though the rules are way too strict. If they can get their act together and be more appealing to the specific person's needs and not what they want from a person, it would be better. Out of 5 stars I would give them a 5 for group, 2 for unprofessionalism, 1 for assessing the person's true needs as it pertains to treatment ✌️
