I am a New York State Licensed Counselor and Mental Health Practitioner practicing in New York City since 1981, trained in talk therapy, specializing in short term therapy and hypnotherapy , while focusing on solutions and goal directed outcomes. I am experienced in individual, personal counseling, marriage or couples counseling, and grief counseling. Sadly I lost my twenty-six year old son six years ago so have personally been through tragic loss.

The feelings of devastation and loneliness after a break up or divorce can be overwhelming. We help individuals regain their confidence, self esteem and independence after ending a relationship. We help clients make sense of their life and regain strength and confidence in knowing they will be alright.
