What do you love most about your job?

I love the experience of being with someone who with some help, truly solves their issues and gets to the next level in life that they want to achieve.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My husband was a college professor when he got his license to practice Psychology. Together we built his practice from the ground up and I interned alongside him, learning all I could about human behaviors, motivations, and change. We worked with individuals with issues ranging from minor changes to trauma survivors. We helped individuals and couples overcome obstacles and issues and transform their lives into the dreams they could see. We did extensive assessments and consultations, along with the counseling. We eventually took our skills into businesses, using facilitation and coaching to help their teams overcome conflicts and interaction failures and to become highly functional, productive teams. My husband loved his Psychology practice more and I became the Business Coach and Consultant and expanded the practice to include Life Coaching. When my husband passed away, I had to close the doors of his practice but was fortunate to be able to continue my own Business Consulting and Coaching.

Why should our clients choose you?

The diversity and years of my experience coaching people and teams gives me vast knowledge in helping people to identify and overcome life's obstacles, to move smoothly along the Stages of Change, and to achieve the goals they set out to achieve. This combined with my passion for working with people who truly want to move forward is a winning formula for Life Coaching.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I have been doing telephone coaching for more than 20 years. And I have been coaching via Facetime and Zoom for several years.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

My coaching is all done virtually, so there is no health risk.
