Hi, I'm Carina and I'm so glad you are here. Resonant healing is like opening a secret door in yourself that allows you to let go of emotional injuries and with it anxiety, self-doubt, and shame, and instead, replaces it with a deep knowing of making sense. As a certified resonant healing practitioner, compassionate communication trainer, neurology nurse and MPH. If you are feeling chronically overwhelmed or hurting, there is nothing wrong with you; it may just be that your body has stored unresolved traumatic memories that are affecting your whole being. My calling has always been to contribute to the wellbeing and health of human beings. Through my work, I was able to build an awareness of what matters most and nourish skills to deeply connect. Resonant healing allows me to accompany my clients further on their healing journey, working on the root causes of pain—including traumatic memories that are stored in the body. This process was developed by Sarah Peyton and is based on neuroscience, which was crucial for me to trust this healing approach for myself and my clients. Some of my clients wonder if their experience qualifies as traumatic memory, or if this process can work if they cannot recall any particular event. While some trauma is obvious, we all have experiences in our lives that have caused distress or disturbed our self-love in some way, whether we are conscious of it or not. When left alone in these moments our body holds on to the pain, or as Dr. Peter Levine would say, “trauma isn’t just what happened to us, it’s what we hold inside the absence of the empathetic, present, connected other.”

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to move beyond the surface and provide services that not only our mind understands, but that our whole body responds to.

Resonant healing opened a door for me that felt closed for a very long time. A door that reconnected me with my core self, allowing me to move beyond escapism, symptom-control, and mere awareness, and towards true healing. I know now that there is nothing wrong with me, and my passion is to let you feel and experience the same.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My own healing journey inspired me. There was a time, when I was very aware of my imaginary backpack, it's load, and how it was weighing me down. And yet, I seemed to be unable to move beyond this awareness to letting the weights go.

When I was exposed to resonant healing, something clicked inside me. The process felt intuitively right and after going through several sessions, I began to gain a sense of belonging and an inner trust. I finally understood that there was nothing wrong with me—and I didn’t just know it, I felt it. Healing is not about knowing in our mind how to live authentically the life we are longing for, it’s about feeling with our whole body that this life is not only possible, it’s a reality.

I started my own business to move beyond the traditional interpersonal communication training. As resonant healing coach, I guide my clients to connect with their core self, allowing to heal from traumatic memories that can make a fulfilled life and relationships difficult.

Why should our clients choose you?

Does selecting a coach feel at times like trying to catch a tadpole in a pond that holds hundreds of them? In case you wonder if we are a good match for your personal healing journey, let me tell you a little bit more about myself.

I work with women feeling stuck, in life transitions, and who care deeply for others but struggle to care for themselves. My sessions are warm and welcoming— even though we dive deep, we’ll make space for lightness. You can trust that I’ll be a constant support on your healing journey, helping you to transition from “just getting by” to living a full and meaningful life.

I'm at home in the US, as well as in Germany. I love a good hike in the mountains, the jokes from my little daughter, and snuggles from our puppy Pluto. When you are ready to take that next step, I’m here.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
