Individual Psychotherapy: $110 per 50 minute session. Group Psychotherapy: $40 per 80 minute session. Fitness Coaching: $60 per 50 minute session. Consultation: $110 per 50 minute session. Substance Abuse Evaluation: $150 per evaluation, with a $50 deposit. Meditation Class: $20 per 1 hour class, or free while engaging in counseling or consultation.

We offer holistic methods to address any issues of the mind, body and soul. We practice meditation , coaching, tarot , oracle, soul cleansings, energy balance treatments and other methods of healing to assist and aid in self transformation.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor credited with a Masters of Science degree in Counseling from Loyola University. I also hold a certification as a National Certified Counselor. I am currently continuing my education as a PhD student in the Counselor Educator and Supervision program at the University of New Orleans. I provide mental health wellness to children 3+ years to individuals 65+ years and above, including families and other groups.

Counseling Beyond Walls is a concept in which you receive therapy in the community such as your home, quiet place, park, and/or where ever you feel comfortable. I also have an office if you feel more comfortable for sessions.

Services are designed to assist the individual with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness. Activities included must be intended to achieve the identified goals or objectives as set forth in the individual’s individualized treatment plan. The intent of PSR is to restore the fullest possible integration of the individual as an active and productive member of his or her family, community, and/or culture with the least amount of ongoing professional intervention.

I provide phone, Skype, and FaceTime sessions only during this time of COVID-19. I accept private pay by Venmo or credit card only at $190 per 45 minute session. I furnish a receipt for you to file with your insurance or deduct our sessions as a medical expense on your taxes.
