I would like to say that Raise the Bottom has really done a great job helping me to manage my chronic pain by the adage " work smarter not harder" and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY as I was trying to be way too much of a one man show and was constantly tweaking my back and neck. My counselor Terry has done such an awesome job in helping me. I dont know what they pay him, but he deserves a raise !!! He truly cares for the people he works with.
