She es exceptional! She is very caring, and compassionate, and engaging individual. If you want rude, not engaging therapist, go else where, this is not the place for you. If you’re interested in potentially being Mrs. Costello’s client, Don't pay attention to the people who wrote negative reviews. these individuals never learned to walk on anyone else’s shoes. This negative people only see the very little things they think “therapist did wrong”. Don’t forget, therapist might have put you off on hold for a second or two.. but Costello most likely did the same to set an appointment for YOU! so quit complaining about losing one minute or two for not having the therapist undivided attention. Life is better when you see both sides of the road.
