Hi, I'm Natalie. And my passion is helping people live more peaceful, meaningful lives. Through holistic therapy in Pasadena, my mission is to provide people with the support and tools they need to be the best version of themselves. I believe that in order to be truly happy, one must attend to the health of mind, body and spirit. This perspective blends elements of traditional Western psychology with Eastern philosophies of healing (such as meditation, mindfulness, yoga and other mind/body practices.

I have had the pleasure to work with Natalie Moore in a community mental health setting at Real Connections Institute. When Natalie speaks, her passion as a therapist can captivate almost anyone who has the opportunity to connect with her. Natalie’s dedication and lifestyle accurately represents her work as a therapist along with her holistic approach. Natalie is an ambitions clinician who is always seeking to learn more, grow as a professional, keep up with new research, and to think outside to box. She is mindful, present, and inclusive within her practice. I would highly recommend her services for creative millennials, adults who are experiencing anxiety or any major life transition.

Welcome. I would love to help you take the steps needed to improve the quality of your life. This might be the next step from a position where you feel locked in self-defeating patterns, the next step in facing something from your past, or the next step in addressing feelings and moods that diminish your engagement with life. The process of taking the next step itself can be concerning -- each part, from contemplation to action, deserves care and attention.

I am energized by the prospect of helping you restore the passion in your relationship. I do not believe that anyone should settle for companionship without engaging the Eros side of life and relationship. Together, we can discover why sex and emotional intimacy is lacking in your relationship and create a plan to fix what's broken. My mission is to walk alongside you while we set about restoring the things that feel hopeless, and beyond help. If you allow, I do my best to help you pick up the pieces and thrive. When working with dyads, triads, and more I specialize in helping "hopeless" and burned-out partners believe in their future again. Together we increase relationship satisfaction and connectedness through repairing attachment injuries, healing past individual trauma, and exploring healthy sexuality.
I LOVE people! I get to sit with new folks on a daily basis and build relationship and connection to help individuals and partners repair themselves and their experience of the partnership. My favorite aspect is seeing where a person is in session 1 and then reminding them of how far they come in our last couple of sessions. That is always an emotional and gratifying experience for me.
I decided to go rogue and stop working in agencies when I realized that I couldn't do the kind of therapy I was created to do while working within someone else's model. I needed to be able to really connect with my clients, care less about the bottom line, and create individualized treatment plans that sometimes step outside of the box a bit. In my own private practice I find that I can employ a more holistic and integral approach to therapy that doesn't typically occur in many larger agencies.
I think clients should choose me because I am passionate about the work I do, I am brilliant, and I will openly share all of the wisdom and skills I have with you. I do not however, believe that everyone should choose me. Therapy is most definitely not "one-size-fits-all". If you are an individual or partner who is looking to have a healthier understanding of who you are within yourself, your relationships, and in the world, and if that means you want to explore and confront your emotions, sexuality, spiritual health, and patterns of thinking then I'm probably the therapist for you. Please keep in mind that this is hard work and requires a lot of courage and boldness on your part. I will both guide and walk alongside to help get you to where you want/need to be, but this takes a mutual effort for sure.
