No matter what she is true to herself. That is Coach Bulak for me. I started to admire her and looked up to her because she’s a great person. I remember that was August 2020 when I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks and it was a very awful and horrible experience. I sought help from professionals such as doctors and psychologists that could help me treat or stop my anxiety and panic attacks. After months of treatment, I didn’t see any changes. I didn’t know what to do and I almost gave up seeking medical treatment until I found Coach Bulak. It started from inquiring about the products through the messenger to the coaching process. At first, I didn’t know her job or profession until I asked her about the nutrition products that she is using. I told her about my condition and I was surprised to find out that her job is to give support to different individuals who suffered not just from mental health-related problems but also physical, social, spiritual problems. During our first session, she asked me to be honest tell her everything like my problems, burdens, traumas and other mental health-related issues. I started to become an open book to her and told her the whole story of why I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. She began to give advice and assistance. Coach Bulak’s personality was full of sunshine. After that first session, I booked for another session where she taught me the importance of eating healthy food, meditating, praying, and exercising. She had this contagious personality that really affects me in a positive way. Aside from that, she also shared some resources like videos, quotes, worksheets that really helped me alleviate my condition. At present, I would say that my anxiety and panic attacks had reduced and lessened tremendously & I am aware & knows how to control my emotions once episodes happen again which is very important to me .
