I was hosting a baby shower brunch for a dear friend. I found Andrew here on Bark. He was quick to respond and very attentive to my request. I noted that the pictures for Abstract Table didn't include brunch like items, but he quickly listed a menu: 1. Quiches-cheddar & broccoli, spinach & artichoke and Lorraine 2. Mini hash browns-braised short ribs with creme fraiche and chives 3. Billionaire's bacon 4. Charcuterie and cheese board- meats: prosciutto, copa, soppressata, salami, peperoni Cheese: stilton blue cheese, meyer lemon-honey goat cheese, smoked gouda, gruyere, brie, smoked cheddar cheese with accoutrements 5. Individual yogurt parfaits- blueberry-yuzu compote, yogurt and granola 6. Chicken and waffles-maple syrup and hot sauce I can honestly say, EVERYTHING, was delicious. Andrew and Duncan prepared the spread so effortlessly. Our guests were amazed and left with many leftovers. Thank you both for all your efforts. I will be calling upon you again!

Chefs Andrew and Duncan, Abstract Table Catering, did a wonderful job! Attention to every detail really took the stress off me. I met with them in my home and explained that I wanted to provide hors d'oeuvres for afternoon surprise birthday party. I was able to enjoy my guests and relax knowing event was in the best hands! Everyone is still raving about the food!! Delicious...different and perfect planning. Menu included: Savory Hors d’oeuvres: Cheese and Charcuterie Plate Mixed fresh fruit Salad cups- little gem lettuce, slivered almonds, pink peppercorn dressing Mini smoked trout doughnuts with smoke trout caviar and creme fraiche Beef carpaccio with brioche Braised short rib, potato pancake Birthday Cake Sweet Treat: Mini yuzu cake bars with white chocolate-strawberry ganache Thank you both for providing a great memory.

Working with Chef Charlotte for our recent corporate event was amazing! She was able to prepare and serve 35 people in a campground setting with no running water or electricity. The menu was customized to our needs and included her making us a fire so our guests could enjoy a smores bar for dessert. The food she prepared was delicious and she was flexible in providing everything needed to make our corporate event successful and memorable for our attendees. I highly recommend Chef Charlotte for your next event!
