My HP laptop was running super slow and very often there would be a revolving circle next to my cursor as if the system was always processing some operation. CompBro was recommended to me by a friend. I reached out to them and spoke to Jon who, after pleasantries and an intro to his company, went to work on my computer as I watched. We also communicated through a chat where he was able to ask me if I needed certain programs or if he could delete them. After about 15 minutes he was finished and told me that the system was updating itself and this process would take about 30 minutes and once done, I would be good to go. He also offered his complete support if there were any issues and requested that I reach out to him. There were no issues. After the system was updated, the computer ran like new! A+ service. Highly recommended!
