After a frustrating beginning, I am very pleased with the service I received from Fast Apple. The store was closed and no one answered voice mail during open hours, but a little later the manager sent someone to open up and take care of customers. I understand their servers went down the night before and so they were late opening up in the morning. I dropped off my MacBook Air, and it was diagnosed later that day with multiple viruses. After they confirmed with me that I had saved all my important files in the cloud, they cleaned up my laptop, installed a new iOS, and it was ready for me to pick up the next day. Great, fast and friendly service from Oscar.

My experience here with Noel was wonderful! He was extremely kind and was able to recover the data from my completely destroyed iPhone. He was also willing to stay after to closing to put the back up data on my new phone, as I only had access to public transportation and had trouble making it to him before he closed at 4. I will definitely be coming back to him for my technology repair needs!

ALL 3 IT is a great IT computer tech company.When it comes to hiring employees it seems they only hire the creme de la crem when it comes to computer tech guys. This company understands the importance of communicating with their client when it comes to certain projects that your companhy may undertake. Example, when we were trying to get our e-mail server switched over, it was not easy process; but the people at All 3 IT kept us informed on a daily basis on their progress. In this day and age, a company needs their e-mail up and running efficiently. The General Manager Dave Lawless always has a pleasnt voice when speaking with him and walkign through a computer problem with you. That is always good because when you are not tech savvy you need someone to remain calm cool and colected when they are walking you through things. The owner of the company Mark Pay has been doing computer tech for many years, as of this writing probably close to thirty years. When it comes to stuff we need, such as getting a server for our computers he finds us the best and most cost efficient way that will meet our needs as a business. We have purchased several computers from them that were made by them. They are very reliable and durable computers. They last a few years more than if you were to buy a computer from a well known brand name computers. Mark has been over to the office a few times to set us up with new equipment. When he is here I usually ask him a question or two about why my computer and or internet browser and why it working the way it workign at that time. He has given me answers that have been very helpful to where I can fix the computer problem myself at work and at home. I should bring up the point that this is a family business we bring our dog to work with us. The dog has never barked at Mark. If that doesn't tell you what kind of a tech guy/person Mark is I honestly don't know what will.      Over all ALL 3 IT is a great company to have as your tech people. If you need competent tech people to montior your computers and network. These are the guys to call.
