I was searching for an Inerior Designer that would listen to me with my design needs, which were very specific. I needed not only an eco-friendly designer, but one that understood that I am also vegan, so the materials sourced were extremely important to me. While also of course, creating an incredible and beautiful space that was comfortable for all members of our family.
Kimberly laid out a fantastic plan, understood my taste and was also able to speak and connect with my husband about cost in a way that not only eased his mind about the projects, but really brought him on board to the point that he was championing the projects and really excited about them as well. Every day my husband comes home and says, "I love our home. Thank You for hiring Kimberly. I now understand what you both were doing to make this house ours." It doesn't get any better than that!
Kimberly helped make our house into a stunning home. We will continue to work with Kimberly on future projectss with our home. She is also gifted with landcaping as well. Our next phase is to redo our front and back yard.
I highly recommend Kimberly Rider. She is knowledgeable, has a fabulous design aesthetic, and she is wonderful, just wonderful to work with on interior design projects.
I have to say, she encourages your input and feedback, so she can understand your design aesthetic. Throughout the proess, she would always say to me, "We are designing for you. I want you to love it. If you don't love it, let me know. And it's okay if we disagree. I want to find pieces that you absolutely love and are going to make you feel good in your home."
She can find virtually anything! She has an incredible work ethic as well. Often times when you an embark on a big project, such as ours, you really become close to with your designer. I learned so much throughout the process and really appreciated the time and hard work behined the scenes as well, that goes into interior design. She is very good about respecting your budget and how to make it work. She is able to also really help prioritize projects as well.
Thank you for all that you have done for us, Kimberly! We love you and your beautiful work and we will continue to utilize your services!

R&R sees its job as helping clients define and develop their own style and translating it to their home, business or project. It’s people first, design second. The end products speak for themselves. The projects are aesthetically beautiful and eminently livable. It is the efficient, proven, high-value process that speaks for R&R Design Studio by partnering with clients from conception to fruition.

Rebecca is amazing to work with! I am a Realtor and will always bring Rebecca in when I have clients considering high end remodel projects. She and her team can walk through and really help buyers envision the end project. More importantly, they can talk realistic numbers which is vital to the overall transaction. Her design skills are second only to her people skills! I consider her a partner in my business.

I worked with Keatin Holly on three different projects. When you walk into one of her projects, it feels comfortable, welcoming and never stylized. Her approach is not formulaic and she clearly works hard to make sure the space reflects her client's personal vision. Her expertise in color is evident and her spaces are always interesting and individualized; her clients well satisfied with the results.

I can't say enough good things about working with Natasha. We downsized our home and I hated the small kitchen. I felt there was little we could do about it, Natasha's vision and design gave me the open kitchen of my dreams. It is beyond beautiful! She held our hands every step of the way. She also helped pull together furniture for us and helped us to redesign the mantle and bookcases to suit our needs. She recommended a wonderful contractor that was a pleasure to work with. Our project was finished on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. She did a fantastic job for us!

We are a full service interior design firm offering a wide range of services for both residential and commercial clients. We have well over a decade of experience creating inspiring and productive work spaces for companies large and small. While we specialize in the design and implementation of tech space, we are equally well versed in smaller commercial office design.
I have a strong background in construction, having grown up in a family of architects and builders. I'm a good detective discovering who my clients are and who their customers are, if they are a business. Having designed many restaurants and hospitality projects, I've learned to be patient with contractors, yet firm in knowing what works and doesn't. My craftsman often are asked to produce what I design at a lesser cost because I like small budget projects, and for this reason we value each others inventiveness. My residential projects inspire me to create the magic blend between functional and esthetic. I love what I do and deliver dynamic rich projects.
Working with people. I find that over the years, even with difficult construction situations, I like it when an outcome makes all parties happy. It's not always possible, but the building puzzles between my craftsmen and clients, has always brought me back for more. I thrive on the client's excitement when the job is complete. I believe in supplying many tools to make it easy for the client to imagine the result, like models and renderings but when it all comes together it is just plain fun to watch.
No one would hire me. Truthfully, I can be motivated in ways that drive a project along, and all too often when I wanted to cease with the board room talks and get into the dust on the building site, to work out the problems, well...it didn't bode well for me. I guess I was always destined to be the captain of the ship. I also love to take on challenging work, no matter the budget and often design firms are compelled by square footage. I like the advantages small business owners possess, over large. Making a positive difference is paramount for me, in creating a successful outcome.
I'm more creative than most. I think out the functional and esthetic equally when designing. I'm a good detective before I design....I find out about who my clients are, rather than what trends I can sell. I know more than most about construction, which makes it easier to converse with builders. I'm hard headed when it comes to the details. Yes, I'll compromise, but only when the opposing view is articulated well and makes sense. Like my architect grandfather taught me: make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I can make a little bit of money go a long way.
Yes. I do the Zoom thing, the Facetime thing and all the bells and whistles. What I'm best at, is describing through drawings, photos, website links and voice recorded messages. I use every app imaginable running two websites and all the social media surrounding them, but if there is one thing that I have learned: the value of time and being concise. I would probably spend more time up front with a new client, by asking questions and listening on Zoom, but then I would prefer email and phone.
Zoom and Google Drive. I stand apart from people on construction sites and yell a lot. :)
