We started the daunting task of remodeling our kitchen six months ago and were very fortunate to have the services of Cynthia Ryan with Circa Studio 8 as our designer. Cynthia's level of attention to detail is extraordinary. We were initially overwhelmed with the number of decisions that needed to be made. Cynthia was extremely patient and walked us through the journey of these decisions one by one. She educated us on every issue and variation of each decision. Cynthia interviewed us and took note on everything we wanted in our new kitchen. She then drew up the design of our kitchen showing each elevation and measurement. These plans became the true blueprint that allowed the contractor, cabinet maker, painter, counter installer and lighting expert to provide viable bids and were used to make essential decisions. Cynthia Ryan was a constant source of support, education and guidance. She is highly skilled in visualizing the outcome of a design well in advance and was thus able to guide us around possible problem areas. Ms. Ryan is a very strong and passionate client advocate who quickly stepped in to provide us with encouragement to take the time needed to make necessary decisions in spite of the pressures being expressed by busy trade persons. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Cynthia Ryan with Circa Studio 8 to assist anyone who is contemplating a kitchen or bath remodel. Her experience, professionalism, ability to work with others, and extensive training were the major reasons for the success of our kitchen remodel. We were so impressed with how responsive Genesia was from the start. She came and did a walk through our very small home. Immediately, she had an incredible vision for our small space. Her staging made the space feel functional and look great. We know that location sells homes, but in our case, it was location plus Genesia's work :) Due to her fantastic design, we had a high turn out at our first open house and multiple offers in under two days.  We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to stage their place.
