I have been working with Carly for (I think) about 4 years and have just about completely gone through my home. It started with the kitchen and then rolled out to every other part of the house finishing in the master bedroom. When first getting together, she asked my wife and I what theme we would want. Then, with that understanding, very creatively began the process which has been exactly the outcome we were looking for. We are very pleased with her design and having seen her portofilo, know the extent of her talent. She can go in any direction. Additionally, she has a very professional network of folks (contractors) that she can competitively use to the homeowners advantage. Carly is very professional and talented and delivers exactly what is wanted. I Highly recommend her.

We had our new office "creative lab" space designed by Michael, and we were blown away with the results! Michael worked with us to understand our vision and needs, design a layout that worked for the space, and went above and beyond to ensure that we loved the space. We worked with multiple vendors, contractors, artists, and other trades to transform our space into our "lab". Michael lead from the front to work with each team and manage the project far beyond just the design. For a fast moving company like ours, having Michael's expertise to help us bring in the right vendors was a godsend! I'm very happy we had the opportunity to work with a talented, dedicated, and professional designer like Michael for our project.

Initially, I enjoyed being in the spaces that Daniel and Alan created together. I felt at peace and invigorated. I could cozy up with a beverage and a book, or feel the music move me and dance. That is precisely the magic this design team creates. With their guidance and curated selections, they helped me transform our “Casa de O” from a dated & cold house to an inviting oasis for our growing family. Daniel helped arrange a gallery wall (and my favorite detail) was a plinth that caught the sunset beam perfectly placed from an arched window. I love their thoughtfulness to nature and how they identify charm in every single space. Working with this team will be a joy-filled experience, for sure!

Carolyn Baylon turned our 3-bedroom "eh" into a modern oasis. Our friends are jealous, we've been asked to do editorial articles. It's been over a year and not only has everything held up beautifully, but we walk in every day still amazed at the beauty. She has a clear style which we obviously love. She is 100% dedicated to the project she is working on. (I felt like her number one client though she had a few others at the same time.) We worked very well together, so I accompanied her on most buying trips. It was fun. She's definitely a whirlwind but in a good way. We believe she genuinely wants to make her clients happy. She's not "cheap" but the years of love you'll feel for your home makes her priceless. Carolyn did know we were working on a budget (though a lofty one) and really worked hard to find special pieces from all over. The Pacific Design Center to Overstock.com! My relationship has only just begun with CIH Designs, but so far I am super impressed with her response time and customer service, our personalities were a great match and I feel very confident Shelly will deliver an outstanding design for our new home!

Michael, Michael, Michael. Can't live with him, can't live without him. (In a good way!) I met Michael through a mutual client whose house he decorated and I absolutely fell in love with his aesthetic. Modern, yet cozy... elegant, yet hip... but ultimately immaculate. Fast forward a year later, I look to opening my new nail salon in Jack London Square, called Rock & Polish. (Yes, shameless plug!) I knew what I wanted, but didn't know how to achieve it. I knew I loved organic items, wood, polished cement, I loved the masculine design yet with the perfect feminine touches. Michael was kind enough to spend the time with me really understanding my taste, my vision, my wants, & my desires of how I wanted the salon to look. I wanted it too look like no other nail salon anyone had seen before. He took my hand and guided me through the process. Picking out wallpapers, paint colors, artwork, furniture. I will say, sometimes you've got to just blindly trust him. As a self-confessed control freak, it was hard, but I'm so SO glad that I did. Michael's eye for details and perfection and absolutely exquisite taste makes you feel like a million bucks. He stayed within my color palette and understood working with a budget, but he made it happen. There were moments in the process where I'm pretty sure I had an ulcer from worry and relinquishing control of my project, but the moment it all came together, I knew it was perfect. We started the daunting task of remodeling our kitchen six months ago and were very fortunate to have the services of Cynthia Ryan with Circa Studio 8 as our designer. Cynthia's level of attention to detail is extraordinary. We were initially overwhelmed with the number of decisions that needed to be made. Cynthia was extremely patient and walked us through the journey of these decisions one by one. She educated us on every issue and variation of each decision. Cynthia interviewed us and took note on everything we wanted in our new kitchen. She then drew up the design of our kitchen showing each elevation and measurement. These plans became the true blueprint that allowed the contractor, cabinet maker, painter, counter installer and lighting expert to provide viable bids and were used to make essential decisions. Cynthia Ryan was a constant source of support, education and guidance. She is highly skilled in visualizing the outcome of a design well in advance and was thus able to guide us around possible problem areas. Ms. Ryan is a very strong and passionate client advocate who quickly stepped in to provide us with encouragement to take the time needed to make necessary decisions in spite of the pressures being expressed by busy trade persons. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Cynthia Ryan with Circa Studio 8 to assist anyone who is contemplating a kitchen or bath remodel. Her experience, professionalism, ability to work with others, and extensive training were the major reasons for the success of our kitchen remodel. Working with LaTina and her crew at Exceptional Dwellings Staging was the best part of selling our house. When we had problems everywhere else, the staging was always a smooth operation. They did such a beautiful job on staging our house so that everyone would love it, and they did. Everyone that saw it said that it looked gorgeous. Exceptional Dwellings is very reasonably priced (much lower than their competitors), and you get way more than your money's worth as your home will sell quicker, and for a higher price after they stage it.
